The Electronic-waste Producer Responsibility Organization of Kenya (EPROK), an affiliate of the Kenya Association of Manufacturers, supports electronic and electrical producers in managing their post-consumer waste in line with the Extended Producer Regulations, 2024. EPROK is seeking to competitively fill the Membership Intern position. Job Purpose: The Membership Intern will support membership growth, recruitment, and engagement within EPROK as a business membership organization by actively contributing to outreach initiatives, member acquisition activities, and communication efforts aimed at expanding and strengthening the EPROK membership base. Duties include identifying and recruiting potential member companies, participating in member acquisition and outreach activities, promoting the EPROK membership value proposition, following up on membership leads, assisting in planning member engagement events, supporting marketing materials development, maintaining membership recruitment databases, onboarding new members, and supporting field coordination for e-waste collection drives. This is a 6-month internship based in Nairobi, reporting to the EPROK Coordinator within the Policy and Regulatory Advocacy department. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
