KAM Procurement, on behalf of the Hazardous Waste Producer Responsibility Organisation of Kenya (HAPROK), invites proposals for the appointment of a qualified, independent Company Secretary to provide statutory company secretarial and corporate governance services on a retainer basis. Scope includes maintaining statutory registers and records, preparing and lodging annual returns and statutory filings, advising the Board on the Companies Act and Articles of Association, supporting AGMs and Members' meetings, and advising on director appointments and conflicts of interest. Applicants must be a Certified Secretary registered in Kenya with a current practising certificate, in good standing with the Institute of Certified Secretaries, and have a Lead Company Secretary with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience. The initial engagement is for a period of 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance and required reappointment approvals.
