Designation: Manager – Centre for Energy Efficiency and Conservation

Job Purpose: This position is responsible for the overall coordination of the Centre for energy efficiency and conservation at KAM with the aim of ensuring its success, sustainability and delivery of profitable energy services

Designation: Energy Services Officer (Marketer)

Job Purpose: To work with the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Centre (CEEC) team to ensure energy issues receive the requisite attention for the benefit of industrial consumers and other target sectors and assist industrial energy consumers to implement energy conservation measures for enhanced business profitability.

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR JOB SITE DEVELOPMENT

KAM is running a Technical Vocational and Education Training (TVET) Program which seeks to place graduates into internships with industry and consequently jobs. The job site is aimed at creating an interface where the graduates after internships or other interested youth within KAM circles can access job opportunities available in industries.

As such the industries will also be expected to place opportunities in that job site for the youth to access. The job site is expected to have information about jobs search tips for the graduates.

KAM is seeking to engage a company to develop a job website on secure open source platform; ensure the migration of the site to a new server with an assured service level as set out in an SLA, as well as search engine optimization and website maintenance.

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR TECHNICAL SKILLS UPGRADING

KAM is implementing a TVET Program whose goal is to increase employability and access to economic opportunities for youth in Kenya. Therefore, we intend to engage technical training individuals or firms who will train existing industry employees on identified skills gaps. The result of the assignment is expected to be increased productivity and competitiveness in the industry.

Objectives: The objective of the consultancy is to conduct a 1 week refresher trainings to industrial employees to increase their productivity and competitiveness in the manufacturing space.

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR TRAINING INTERNS ON WORK READINESS

KAM is implementing a TVET Program whose goal is to increase employability and access to economic opportunities for youth in Kenya. Therefore, we intend to engage a consultant who will train graduates on work readiness for them to fit well in the industry. The result of the assignment is expected to be availability of ready graduates for practical training in the industries.

Objectives: To prepare the select graduates on work readiness through training on specific skills that will help them be productive in the industries.
