OPPORTUNITY FOR INTERNSHIP AT KAM
The
Kenya Association of Manufacturers is the representative organisation for
Kenya’s manufacturing sector. Established in 1959 as a private sector body, KAM
provides an essential link for co-operation, dialogue and understanding with
the Government regarding trade and investment, upholding standards and
representing members’ views to relevant government authorities in promotion of
competitiveness for local industries.
The KAM
Internship programme draws Interns from the fields of Economics, Commerce, Business Administration / Management, Statistics, Communication, Marketing,
Journalism, Public Relations and Library / Information Science.
The programme
invites applications from fresh graduates or Under-graduate students to fill
internship position in Policy Research
& Advocacy Unit immediately and in other units as the need arises.
Internships
are valid for a period of 3 to 6 months.
The Internship Programme at KAM is not a job neither does it guarantee
employment. It is intended to assist
students who have covered more than 75% of their coursework to apply classroom
theory, knowledge and skills as they prepare to join the job market.
