The responsibility of the FIMAPS committee includes day-to-day management through the Chief Executive Officer, approval and execution of major projects undertaken by the Secretariat, oversight on KAM’s finances, provision of services to members, and execution of revenue generating initiatives.

Business Competitiveness Services Committee
This Committee exists to monitor and review the provision of Business Competitiveness Services including firm level interventions in Energy Services, Export Market development, Kaizen Continuous Improvement services, Mid-level training, and technical support to Growth-Oriented SMEs, among others.
